Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Duration: 21 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years post-graduate work experience in inpatient pediatric care License: California License preferred, accepted if in progress Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: 1 year inpatient pediatric post-graduate work experience in acute or rehab for children Strong pediatrics experience required Description: This is an inpatient pediatric acute and rehabilitation position. Candidates should have experience working with pediatric patients. Children's hospital experience is not required, but strong pediatrics experience is essential. The role involves working with a variety of pediatric cases. Candidates must be willing to obtain a California license and work on it upon offer. The facility is Magnet recognized and is noted for excellence in patient care. Flexible scrub color is allowed. Charting is done using a widely used electronic medical record system. Compliance with all health regulations and standards is expected. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to meet the dynamic needs of pediatric care.
