Business Development Manager - Cincinnati, Ohio

As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead expansion, identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and helping partners thrive with Ultraceuticals and the Sylton Observ.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region
\n
• Build lasting relationships: partner with owners and teams to support growth through sales strategy, events, and education
\n
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align goals and ensure partner success
\n
• Showcase Innovation: represent our brands at trade shows, demos, and events
\n
• Stay organized and proactive: manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in our CRM system
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness
\n
• Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
\n
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed
\n
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive national team
\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
\n
• Willing to travel up to 60% of your work week within your region
\n
• Bonus - Cosmetology or Esthetics license or experience in spa operations
\n
