Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in the dental industry . We help dental practices nationwide find qualified professionals and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base.
This is a sales and client acquisition role — not a recruiting role.
Your primary focus will be prospecting dental practices, reaching hiring decision-makers, identifying hiring needs, and bringing new clients to Desort.
We are looking for a hunter and self-starter who enjoys creating business from scratch.
Commission-Based | No Base Salary | Uncapped Earning Potential
This is a commission-only position with no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation.
Your earnings are directly tied to the new business you generate for Desort . When the dental practices you bring to Desort generate successful recruitment business, you earn commissions based on the recruitment fees Desort receives.
Performance-based bonus opportunities may also be available twice per year.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated to build their own pipeline and earnings.
